A brief from the lab

The Professor’s Brief

Sugar. Spice. Startup Ideas.
Everything needed to create the next generation of women founders... until one splash of Chemical X made them extraordinary.

MakeHerHack is my newest experiment—a girls-only startup hackathon hosted by Make-A-Ton 9.0 at CUSAT as part of Converge 2026. One room filled with builders, designers, dreamers, and future founders, turning bold startup ideas into real products, working prototypes, and compelling pitches.

Whether it's your first hackathon or your fifteenth, it doesn't matter. No cape required—your Chemical X is your curiosity. Bring your team, choose a mission, validate your idea, build your MVP, and pitch the next startup that could change the world.

Mojo Jojo, the villain standing between you and saving the day

Make-Her Hack is a girls-only hackathon. Students from any college, any branch and any year are welcome — you don’t need to be a computer science student to build something brilliant.

Absolutely. Beginners are exactly who we built this for. You’ll find mentors, friendly teams and plenty of room to learn while you build.

Teams of 2 to 4. Every Powerpuff squad needs a leader, a heart and a fighter — mix your skills and powers.

Not yet. Pick the track that excites you, and bring your curiosity. You’ll build your project during the hackathon itself.

Make-Her Hack is hosted by Make-A-Ton 9.0, the flagship hackathon of CITTIC at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT).

At CUSAT, Kochi. Dates are being finalised — follow us on Instagram to be the first to hear.

Your laptop, every charger you own, your college ID — and a generous dose of Chemical X.
